Who we are

Chitty Finder is an independent service run by Chitty Finder. Contact: chittyfinder@gmail.com, +91 00000 00000. We are not part of, and do not act for, KSFE Ltd.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• What you searched for: district, branch, sala range and the goal you picked.
• Whether you asked to be contacted about new matches.
• If you subscribe to WhatsApp alerts: your WhatsApp number, the search you want alerts for, and a record of the alerts we sent.

If you pay to unlock results, we keep the Razorpay payment ID, the amount and the time. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay and never reach us. We do not collect ID numbers or your location.

Why we collect it

1. To show you matching substitution chitties and keep a record of your enquiry.
2. To contact you about your enquiry if you need help taking a chitty over.
3. Only if you ticked the box: to tell you when a better match appears.
4. Only if you subscribed and agreed: to send you WhatsApp alerts about chitties matching your saved search, and a reminder before your subscription ends. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is stored on Cloudflare's servers, which host this site. When you pay, your name, email and mobile are passed to Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd) to fill in the payment form and send your receipt. If you subscribe to alerts, your WhatsApp number and the alert text are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver the messages. We do not share your data with KSFE or anyone else unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your last search, then it is deleted. Alert subscriptions are kept while they are running and for up to 12 months after they end. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time. Payment records (payment ID, amount, date) are kept for as long as tax law requires, but without your name, mobile or email once you ask us to delete your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the form below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Delete my data

Enter the same mobile number and email you used. Every enquiry with both will be removed straight away.
