Terms of use

1. What we offer. Chitty Finder is an independent search service run by Chitty Finder. It reads the public list of chitties open for substitution on KSFE's website and ranks them for you. We are not KSFE, we are not a chit fund, and we do not act for KSFE.
2. Price. Searching is free and shows how many chitties match. Seeing the full ranked list costs ₹10, including any taxes. One payment unlocks results for 24 hours, up to 30 searches, on the same device.
3. WhatsApp alerts. For ₹200 (including any taxes) you get 365 days of alerts. We check KSFE's listing at least once a day and send you a WhatsApp message when a chitty that matches your saved search appears and hasn't been sent to you before. We send at most one message a day, between 9 am and 8 pm Indian time. During the same period you can use this site's search unlocked. The subscription does not renew automatically; we remind you on WhatsApp about 7 days before it ends. You can change your search, pause alerts, or stop them by replying STOP. Alerts depend on KSFE publishing its listing and on WhatsApp delivering messages, and we can't guarantee that any particular chitty will be available.
4. What you are paying for. You pay only for access to our search results. We never collect chitty subscriptions, substitution amounts or any other money for KSFE. You take over a chitty directly with the KSFE branch and pay KSFE directly.
5. Accuracy. Listings can change or be withdrawn by KSFE at any time, and we refresh them every few hours. Always confirm the chitty number and every amount with the branch before you pay KSFE.
6. Not advice. Our score is a guide based on public figures. It is information, not financial or investment advice. The decision to join a chitty is yours.
7. Fair use. Do not copy the results in bulk, resell them, or use automated tools on this site.
8. Liability. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that unlock.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have jurisdiction.

Refunds and cancellation

• Searches with no matching chitties are never charged.
• If you paid but the results did not open, first use “Already paid?” on the results screen with your payment ID. If that does not work, contact us within 7 days with the payment ID and we will either open your results or refund you in full.
• If you were charged twice for the same unlock, we refund the extra payment in full.
• Once results have been shown, the unlock has been used and cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the service has been delivered.
• WhatsApp alerts: ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full ₹200. After that, if you stop or pause alerts, the rest of the period is not refunded. If we stop running the alerts service before your period ends, we refund the unused months.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
